See The Way
The oldest in mind
sees the way
darkness eventually leads
to the light
the longest journey with the
most meaning
your souls were forced
to fight
Disbelief was forced into your eyes
like wanting to die
the fool complains the whole
time and convinces himself
that he has lost
just simply be and sit
under a tree
thinking good fixes the body
your light of energy needs
a change
not to seem strange
lighten up lighten up
enlighten yourself
you have to
walk off all that's happened
swim away from the bad
age now while you can
the way is around you
but you're not in it
this is the way you'll do it
write new headlines of
how you're doing fine
because you're an old mind
